These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to https://roamusa.online and your use of travel planning services offered by Roam USA Travel Collective ("Roam USA," "we," or "us"). By using our website, adding journeys to your bag, or engaging our studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Acceptance
Your acceptance occurs when you click to agree during checkout, sign a written proposal, or continue using our services after we post updated Terms. Corporate or group bookings may be subject to supplemental agreements that prevail where they conflict with these Terms.
You represent that you are at least eighteen years old and have authority to bind any party on whose behalf you book travel.
Website Use
Permitted use
You may browse our site for personal, non-commercial research and consultation requests. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access in ways that burden our infrastructure or misappropriate itinerary content.
Prohibited conduct
- Submitting false identity or payment information
- Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access
- Republishing our route architectures or proprietary copy without written consent
- Using our brand marks in a manner that implies endorsement without permission
We may suspend access for violations and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
Travel Services
Roam USA acts as an independent travel planner and booking agent for third-party suppliers including lodges, guides, airlines, and ground operators. We are not the direct provider of transportation, accommodation, or on-site activities unless explicitly stated in your signed proposal.
Itineraries are proposals based on information available at the time of booking. We will endeavor to honor listed experiences, but suppliers may change schedules, prices, or availability. Your signed proposal and pre-travel documents govern specific inclusions and exclusions.
Payments
Catalog prices on our journey ledger are starting estimates per traveler unless noted otherwise. Final pricing appears in your written proposal after consultation. Deposits secure supplier holds and are applied toward the total balance. Remaining balances are due on dates specified in your proposal.
Promotional codes (including ROAM15) apply only as described at issuance and cannot be combined unless we expressly allow it. Chargebacks without good-faith dispute resolution may result in refusal of future service.
Refunds follow the cancellation schedule in your proposal and supplier terms. Documented non-refundable supplier costs are passed through to clients even when we cancel on your behalf due to client-requested changes.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and compliance with local laws. You must disclose mobility, health, or dietary constraints during consultation so we can design safe routes. Failure to disclose material constraints may void our obligation to rebook without additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any booking shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for acts of third-party suppliers, weather, civil unrest, or force majeure events. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
Site design, territory narratives, photography selection, and editorial copy are owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a personal license to use itinerary documents for your trip; you may not resell or publish them commercially.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes not subject to arbitration lies in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
Before filing suit, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by written notice to hello@roamusa.online within thirty days.
Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting updates on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes to active bookings will be communicated directly.
